[Special Task Contribution]
The Special Task members received a full explanation of our Job Scope during a meeting with the programme manager. Due to the fact that Special Task does not have a distinct area of duty like Media, Preptech, or Public Relations, members are expected to cooperate fully, especially when it comes to helping other units out in times of need. Additionally, Special Task members will assist students in meeting their needs on the day of Expelliarmus: Be an Elite with Inter-Gombak at SBPI Gombak. The food catering and gifts, on the day of the programme is, however, under our control.
On the other hand, all committee members (classmates) were required to demonstrate comprehensive mastery of our project, Expelliarmus: Be an Elite with Inter-Gombak, during the symposium. Special Task members and other units were given the opportunity to assist in handling and entertaining crowds who came to the booth that day.
This documentation shall be further explained in detail under two subheadings; Symposium Day and Special Task’s Planning for Real Programme as written below:

Special Task’s Planning for Real Programme
Cater to student needs
During the program, we will be prepared to cater any problems or issues related to health, demands or needs of the students by trying to solve it before asking the other biro. During registration, we will make sure all the students present and arrive on time. We will assist the students to the registration section and manage the que line so that it is not very crowded.
Handle catering food for students
Deal with the food supplier about the price and the delivery process. Meal time is for breakfast and lunch. Survey suitable areas to place the food. Ensure to be well prepared early before mealtime and prepare the food accordingly. Make necessary arrangements such as how the students are going to que to take the food, prepare the rubbish bin, who's going to distribute the food and make sure the food is sufficient for every participant. Set up the dining area for invited guests such as teachers, speakers or lectures. Ensure the area where the students and guests eat is clean before and after to emphasise hygiene.
Help other units if short handed and emergency task
During the course of the programme, it is our responsibility to offer support to other units within the society whenever those other units are short on personnel or face urgent circumstances. In this context, "stepping in" can include helping out with their activities, taking on new tasks, or covering for members of the group who are missing. When we do this, we ensure that the overall operation of the society continues to be seamless and successful, which in turn fosters a sense of teamwork and collaboration among all of the participants.
Handle gift
We shall handle the process of selecting and giving presents to students who win various games or competitions held during the programme as part of our obligations. This entails working with the proper supplier to select appropriate and meaningful presents and ensuring they are prepared and ready for presentation at the appropriate time. Our efforts help to recognise and motivate students' achievements, establishing a pleasant and supportive environment in society.
